A law reforming and refixing the housing law, regarding the definition of the rights and obligations of landlords and tenants of residential real estate, the creation of a court that quickly determines disputes between landlords and tenants, the creation of a fund in which these tenants must meet obligations payable, the repeal of the 1955 Rent Act and the Appeal Act 1973 and their amendments to the Standards for Housing in became law on July 1, 2019. This law is managed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. The amendments approved in Part 2 of Part 2 of the 2012 Act were introduced in this form of official reprinting.
